1st Choice Nursery are looking for a Nursery Assistant Apprentice; you will be studying toward your Early Years Practitioner Level 2 or Early Years Educator Level 3, depending on experience.

About the Role

The apprentice will work alongside our Early Years team, supporting children aged 0–5 in a caring, safe, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of age‑appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
  • Assist with observing and recording children’s development and progress.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Support children with daily routines such as meals, toileting, and rest.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and follow nursery policies and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:

You will be studying toward your Early Years Practitioner Level 2 or Early Years Educator Level 3, depending on experience.
