Rosemount Nursery School – Muswell Hill is looking for a Nursery Assistant Apprentice to study toward a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship.
Overview: Rosemount is a privately owned pre‑school day nursery in Muswell Hill, offering the best possible start in life where children flourish. We have a happy, homely environment and hold high expectations for all our children. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, which covers personal, social and emotional development, physical development, communication and language, mathematics, literacy, expressive arts and design, and understanding of the world.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting qualified staff with daily routines in the nursery.
- Learning the skills of an early years practitioner and working practically as part of a team.
- Providing high‑quality childcare to our children.
- Showing commitment to achieving the apprenticeship within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of the children.
- Attending all required training courses and staff meetings.
- Demonstrating a proactive approach, using initiative and showing resilience to take responsibility for getting things done.
