Our Little Angelz – Speedwell Road are looking for a new Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Early Years Educator apprenticeship L3. You will be expected to work with children aged 0-8 years, taking part in activities, the daily routines and working alongside other staff to support the children’s needs and development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Stimulating emotional, intellectual, and social growth of students by implementing educational programmes and activities tailored to an assigned year group.
- Providing a safe environment by maintaining orderly, clean, and appealing facilities; following standards and procedures; complying with legal recommendations.
- Encouraging development of student self‑control by utilising classroom management and modelling techniques.
- Keeping parents informed by sharing records of progress.
- Encouraging students’ participation by providing interactive activities.
- Maintaining quality results by following and enforcing standards.
- Keeping equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Ensuring safeguarding policy is always adhered to.
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
