Shaping Lives is seeking an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to join our Quality team. You will ensure assessment quality, compliance and continuous improvement across Early Years and Education provisions, working with Tutors, Assessors and Quality colleagues. This remote, full-time role requires IQA and assessor qualifications, experience with IQA activities in apprenticeships, and the ability to develop sampling strategies, support standardisation, and prepare for External Quality.
