Location: Remote within the area of Crawley/Tunbridge Wells/Eastbourne/Worthing.
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday).
Salary: up to £32,000.00 per annum.

As a Personal Tutor, you will plan and deliver inspirational and engaging teaching and learning experiences, keeping the learners and employers in mind, adapting your delivery through a variety of different methods to suit the needs of the learners or employer, and providing feedback accordingly to continue to deliver an outstanding experience to all.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and encourage learners to progress and achieve their Early Years qualifications through outstanding teaching and learning.
- Retain learners and employers by delivering consistent great levels of service in line with our core values.
- Support the learning process through use of accessible learning resources, Elevate workshops and facilitating workplace on-the-job training as required.
- Plan engaging, interactive and inspiring teaching and learning sessions through a variety of methods, ensuring active learning is present and recorded.
- Provide impactful and constructive feedback where required, ensuring all documentation is completely accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Assessor Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1).
- Teaching Qualification: AET, PTTLS, CET, Cert Ed, PGCE, or equivalent.
- Qualifications in Early Years/Childcare: Level 3, 5 or above.
- Occupational Competency: Extensive experience at a senior level within the Early Years sector.
- Teaching Experience: Proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- EPA Knowledge: Familiarity with End-Point Assessments (EPA).
- Travel: Access to a car and able to travel for observations, 1:1s and meetings.
