Shaping Lives is on a mission to create brighter, more positive futures for children, young people and families, and we provide specialist education to learners completing their Early Years qualifications that change lives! Due to our continued success and growth, we’re looking for two more passionate, experienced and driven Business Development Managers to help us expand our reach, engage with more Early Years specialists and impact even more communities.

Qualifications- An experienced Business Development professional with a background in apprenticeships, ideally Early Years
