Location: Remote based around Salisbury, Bournemouth or Portsmouth with in person requirements for learner observations, team meetings and 1:1s.

Salary: For Level 2/3 – Up to £26,500 and for Level 4/5 – Up to £28,500.

Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Mon‑Fri).

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support Early Years learners through their apprenticeship journey
  • Deliver engaging teaching and learning using digital tools and workplace learning
  • Coach and motivate learners to achieve their qualifications
  • Plan inspiring learning experiences tailored to individual need
  • Provide constructive feedback and support progression
  • Conduct regular learner reviews and progress meetings with employers
  • Ensure learners are confident and ready for End Point Assessment
  • Review and observe your learners face to face in their workplace

What Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Experienced Early Years professionals who want to transition into training, such as Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, Early Years Trainer or Mentor.
  • Level 3 or ideally Level 5 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
  • Recent occupational competency and industry experience within a childcare setting, ideally at senior or supervisory level.
  • A passion for supporting and developing others.
  • Great communication and motivational skills.
  • A desire to gain assessor and teaching qualifications.
