The Assistant Operations Manager supports the smooth day-to-day running of Victoria Miro’s gallery operations, with a strong focus on Front of House, systems management, health & safety, and events delivery. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role oversees visitor-facing services, line-manages FOH staff and invigilators, and ensures operational systems run efficiently. You will play a key role in staffing, rotas, compliance, and event support, helping deliver a welcoming, professional gallery environment.
