Cardboard Citizens seeks a dynamic Head of Engagement (Maternity Cover) for a one-year, full-time contract starting January 2026. This senior leadership role (£40,000–£50,000, London-based) oversees the charity’s Engagement Programme, working with people affected by homelessness, poverty, and inequity. The postholder will lead a small team, drive strategy and delivery, develop partnerships, and generate income through training and funding opportunities. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will shape organisational strategy, ensuring inclusive, high-quality programmes that empower marginalised communities and strengthen sustainability.
