Gallery Communications & Exhibitions Assistant
The Gallery Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations, administration, and events at a London-based gallery. Responsibilities include event management, overseeing logistics such as catering, equipment, and diary planning, and assisting with front desk duties during gallery events. The role involves creating and distributing mailers, press releases, and exhibition signage, updating the gallery website, and supporting social media efforts. Day-to-day tasks also include managing stationery, sales PDFs, and artist portfolios, as well as liaising with artists. Additionally, the Assistant will ensure the gallery space is maintained and operational, providing support for curatorial and production activities.

About You:
