Kiln Theatre is seeking a dynamic Projects Producer to join its Creative Engagement team for the final year of the Kilburn High Road Project, an ambitious arts and heritage initiative funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The role involves producing outdoor, site-specific and community-led projects that celebrate local stories, culture, and creativity in Kilburn.

Working closely with artists, volunteers, and the local community, the Projects Producer will manage logistics, budgets, contracts, and partnerships while supporting the development of events culminating in a summer festival. This is a unique opportunity to produce socially impactful and inclusive creative work.
