Overview
Company Drinks, a community-led organisation based in Barking and Dagenham, is seeking a Community Programme Producer to lead the delivery of nature-based and family-focused programmes. This part-time role (2 days per week) involves planning and producing projects such as Grow Club, Herb Club, and holiday programmes, while managing communications and serving as a safeguarding lead. The successful candidate will be highly organised, creative, and committed to equity and inclusion, with experience producing community-led programmes. This is a hands-on, public-facing position offering the opportunity to shape collaborative, intergenerational projects that connect nature, wellbeing, creativity, and social enterprise in East London.
