Role Overview
We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Cowork Specialist to support upcoming enterprise AI and automation projects.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot solutions and relevant certifications, with a strong understanding of AI-powered workplace productivity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions.
- Configure and optimize AI-powered workflows and business processes.
- Assist with Copilot integrations across Microsoft 365 environments.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot and improve Copilot functionality and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Relevant Microsoft Copilot certifications (mandatory; Copilot Cowork qualification preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of AI agents, workflow automation, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and enterprise integrations.
- Previous experience delivering enterprise AI or automation projects.
