As they continue to grow, they're looking to hire an experienced

Client Services Director to lead one of their most strategically important clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client partnerships, leading commercial strategy and working closely with specialist teams to deliver exceptional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of clients, acting as the senior strategic lead across every account.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from day-to-day marketing contacts through to senior leadership level.
  • Lead account planning, commercial strategy and revenue growth across your client portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client spend and introduce new channels or services.
  • Work closely with programmatic trading, analytics and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and performance insights that help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Act as a senior programmatic expert, advising clients across the full digital funnel.
  • Ensure accounts run smoothly by proactively managing risks, resolving issues quickly and maintaining exceptional communication throughout.

About You

  • Significant client services or account management experience working with retail clients, and across programmatic, paid search and paid social channels.
  • A strong agency background managing large client accounts.
  • Excellent knowledge of programmatic advertising across Display, Video, CTV, You Tube and Native.
  • Strong experience working with DV360 and the wider Google ecosystem.
  • Commercial awareness with the confidence to lead strategic conversations around investment, growth and media planning.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
