We're looking for a curious and organised individual with a genuine interest in digital advertising and how campaigns work behind the scenes. As an Ad Operations/Campaign Executive, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery, trafficking, QA, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. Working closely with trading, creative, and client services teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring campaigns launch smoothly and perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, configure, and QA dynamic creative templates within Google Studio
- Set up and maintain dynamic product feeds, ensuring accurate data mapping and delivery
- Traffic digital advertising campaigns end-to-end within Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
- Create placements, assign creatives, implement click trackers and maintain campaign naming conventions
- Conduct thorough pre-launch QA checks to ensure campaigns are ready to go live
- Monitor campaign delivery and maintain reporting within CM360
- Flag pacing, tracking, or delivery issues and work proactively to resolve them
- Collaborate closely with creative, trading, and client services teams to ensure successful campaign launches
- Support the wider team with campaign administration and operational best practice
- A graduate or early-career professional with a genuine interest in digital advertising
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured information
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working within a collaborative team environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies
- Degree educated in Media, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related discipline is advantageous
