The successful candidate will become an integral member of a close knit team, providing seamless support on projects for the planning and buying of client\’s media campaigns across all media channels, with a large focus on digital.

Working across an exciting portfolio of clients, some key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Support the team on the delivery of strategy, planning and execution
  • Set up ads across a range of different digital media channels
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns in accordance with objectives
  • Report on media performance and compile analysis and recommendations
  • Respond to client requests/emails
  • Quality check all work in conjunction with the team
  • Liaise with team members over platform benchmarks for each specific campaign
  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure quality is maintained and performance goals are met
  • Undertake training courses and meet new partners to understand the wider market
  • Work with the team on the improvement of existing processes within the company
  • Manage multiple tasks and ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Work with your line manager to ensure your time is used productively

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Possess degree-level education or have industry related work experience
  • Have experience working with clients and within a commercial/office based environment including use of packages such as Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with a variety of different clients
  • Be ambitious and self- motivated individual with a desire to learn and develop.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Be able to work smart and fast and have excellent relationship and communication skills
  • Focused on pursuing a long-term career within a media planning and buying.

Package/Benefits:

  • Starting salary £25,000
  • Company bonus scheme
  • 4 day working week (during summer)
  • This role will be hybrid with 2-3days/week in the London office.
