The successful candidate will become an integral member of a close knit team, providing seamless support on projects for the planning and buying of client\’s media campaigns across all media channels, with a large focus on digital.
Working across an exciting portfolio of clients, some key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support the team on the delivery of strategy, planning and execution
- Set up ads across a range of different digital media channels
- Monitor and optimise campaigns in accordance with objectives
- Report on media performance and compile analysis and recommendations
- Respond to client requests/emails
- Quality check all work in conjunction with the team
- Liaise with team members over platform benchmarks for each specific campaign
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure quality is maintained and performance goals are met
- Undertake training courses and meet new partners to understand the wider market
- Work with the team on the improvement of existing processes within the company
- Manage multiple tasks and ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Work with your line manager to ensure your time is used productively
Ideal candidate profile:
- Possess degree-level education or have industry related work experience
- Have experience working with clients and within a commercial/office based environment including use of packages such as Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Possess excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with a variety of different clients
- Be ambitious and self- motivated individual with a desire to learn and develop.
- Have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Be able to work smart and fast and have excellent relationship and communication skills
- Focused on pursuing a long-term career within a media planning and buying.

- This role will be hybrid with 2-3days/week in the London office.
