An exciting, unique opportunity for a Senior Programmatic Trader with hands-on experience with DSPs to join this ambitious programmatic agency, boasting a fantastic culture, a growing client list, and great scope for career development. We’re looking for a Programmatic Trader with around 3-4 years’ hands-on experience in the digital media space. You’ll be a data-led problem solver who enjoys digging into performance insights, testing creative and audience hypotheses, and delivering measurable impact for clients.

  • Manage campaign pacing, performance, budgets, and reporting
  • Analyse campaign data to inform strategy and real-time optimisations
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative, strategy, and reporting
  • Contribute to agency growth by identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in programmatic media trading
  • Hands-on experience with TTD, DV360, any other DSPs would be a bonus
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data platforms
  • Experience in Excel/Google sheets (pivot tables, look ups, etc.)
  • Clear understanding of audience targeting, inventory types, and performance metrics
