We’re looking for a Programmatic Trader with around 3-4 years’ hands-on experience in the digital media space. You’ll be a data-led problem solver who enjoys digging into performance insights, testing creative and audience hypotheses, and delivering measurable impact for clients.
- Manage campaign pacing, performance, budgets, and reporting
- Analyse campaign data to inform strategy and real-time optimisations
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative, strategy, and reporting
- Contribute to agency growth by identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in programmatic media trading
- Hands-on experience with TTD, DV360, any other DSPs would be a bonus
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data platforms
- Experience in Excel/Google sheets (pivot tables, look ups, etc.)
- Clear understanding of audience targeting, inventory types, and performance metrics
