We're looking for a curious and organised individual with a genuine interest in digital advertising and how campaigns work behind the scenes. As an Ad Operations Executive, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery, trafficking, QA, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. Working closely with trading, creative, and client services teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring campaigns launch smoothly and perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, configure, and QA dynamic creative templates within Google Studio
- Set up and maintain dynamic product feeds, ensuring accurate data mapping and delivery
- Traffic digital advertising campaigns end-to-end within Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
- Create placements, assign creatives, implement click trackers and maintain campaign naming conventions
- Conduct thorough pre-launch QA checks to ensure campaigns are ready to go live
- Monitor campaign delivery and maintain reporting within CM360
- Flag pacing, tracking, or delivery issues and work proactively to resolve them
- Collaborate closely with creative, trading, and client services teams to ensure successful campaign launches
- Support the wider team with campaign administration and operational best practice
- A graduate or early-career professional with a genuine interest in digital advertising
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured information
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working within a collaborative team environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies
- Degree educated in Media, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related discipline is advantageous
