Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, social-first content while building a consistent and recognisable brand presence across key platforms. This is a broad role by design, combining creative execution with strategic thinking, offering the opportunity to operate at pace, close to the business, and with real ownership over direction and output.

- Managing day-to-day activity across all social channels, including community management and performance tracking.
- Creating end-to-end social-first content, including concept development, shooting, editing and publishing across multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories and graphics).
- Writing engaging, high-performing copy aligned to brand tone and platform requirements.
- Running in-house photography and videography shoots, from ad hoc content capture through to more structured productions.
- Translating brand and commercial priorities into creative campaigns, launches and seasonal content moments.
- Providing creative direction across content, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone and overall brand positioning.
- Managing PR and brand communications, including press outreach, awards submissions and thought leadership opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with media, press and external partners, and managing inbound press enquiries.
- Supporting personal brand content for founders and senior stakeholders.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring content is delivered to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
Role requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a social media content and management role, ideally across both agency and in-house environments.
- Proven ability to create high-quality content across video, photography and design, alongside managing channel strategy and performance.
- Strong understanding of short-form video, platform trends and what drives engagement and growth.
- Experience using content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage shoots, campaigns and multiple deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable working closely with founders and senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach.
Preferred experience:
- Experience with social media and PR tools (e.g. Later, Sprout, Muck Rack).
- Understanding of paid social fundamentals.
- Existing network of creators, photographers or media contacts.
