Following a strategic acquisition, my client is leading the rollout of Salesforce Field Service across multiple newly acquired businesses within their group. They are looking for a Salesforce Field Service Specialist to lead this effort β from hands-on implementation to continuous optimisation of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end implementations of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) across multiple business units.
- Configure and optimise scheduling policies, work rules, service objectives, resource management, and shift patterns.
- Support Dispatcher Console configuration and the management of the Service Appointment lifecycle.
- Deploy and customise the Field Service mobile app, including offline capabilities and technician support.
- Manage inventory tracking, return processes, and mobile workforce logistics.
- Act as the subject matter expert for SFS within the organisation, providing architectural and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor SFS functionality to business requirements and continuously improve usability.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in Salesforce Field Service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of managed package installation, guided setup, and mobile architecture.
- Experience with SFS dispatcher console, bulk scheduling, preventive maintenance, and workforce optimisation.
- Understanding of field-based operations, resource planning, and mobile-first service strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification is highly desirable.
- UK or EU-based with fluent English and ability to travel occasionally.
