Salesforce CRM Specialist

We’re recruiting for a growing group of companies rolling out Salesforce CRM across a newly acquired portfolio. They are looking for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to lead and support the implementation, ensure system scalability, and align the platform with evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and rollout of Salesforce CRM across multiple business entities
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce workflows, automations, and data structures
• Drive post-implementation improvements focused on usability, dashboard/reporting, and user adoption
• Ensure high-quality data management across leads, opportunities, and case workflows
• Provide internal support, documentation, and end-user training
• Act as a trusted advisor on CRM best practices and strategic usage
• Collaborate with internal IT and external partners on integrations and long-term enhancements

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience implementing and customising Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder, plus strong skills in dashboards, reports, page layouts, and permissions
• Proven experience supporting multiple teams or business units with tailored CRM solutions
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Salesforce Administrator or similar certification preferred
• Based in the UK or EU, with fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally if required
