We are working with a growing organisation looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple IT infrastructure and cloud projects across a Microsoft-focused environment. This role requires someone confident managing projects end-to-end, with strong hands-on understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
You will be responsible for delivering multiple projects of varying size, complexity, and risk, ensuring they are completed to a high standard, within agreed timelines, and with strong stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver projects using established project management methodologies
- Lead delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud projects (Azure & Microsoft 365)
- Manage all aspects of project implementation, ensuring quality, timelines, and success measures are met
- Identify and maximise commercial opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful delivery
- Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring effective use of resources and minimising overruns
- Create and maintain key project documentation (Project Plans, Kick-Offs, Go-Live Readiness, Quality Reports)
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including time tracking and resource utilisation
- Respond to client queries promptly, providing solutions and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
- Manage risks and issues using CRM and collaboration tools
- Coordinate handover to support teams upon project completion
- Travel and occasional overnight stays may be required.
- Proven experience delivering IT projects in complex environments
- Strong technical understanding of:
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent project management qualification
- Additional IT or cloud certifications
This role is ideal for a Project Manager who is not just process-driven, but also technically aware, particularly across Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, and comfortable working closely with engineers and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
