As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant β D365 to drive new business and manage existing accounts. If you have a strong track record in sales, experience with D365, and a passion for helping businesses optimize their technology, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development β Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Account Management β Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Consultative Selling β Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to position D365 solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Management β Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasting opportunities and meeting revenue targets.
- Collaboration β Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Market Awareness β Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft's latest developments in Dynamics 365.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a Sales Consultant or Business Development role, ideally within a Microsoft Gold Partner or similar IT solutions provider.
- Strong knowledge and sales experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, BC, F&O, or Power Platform).
- Ability to develop new business while also managing and growing existing accounts.
- Strong consultative selling skills β able to understand client pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your own pipeline and targets.
- Experience working with Microsoft licensing and subscription models.
- Understanding of Power Platform, Azure, or other Microsoft Cloud services.
- Previous experience selling into mid-market or enterprise businesses.
