You’ll take full ownership of creative direction, marketing strategy, and execution, crafting campaigns that not only look incredible but drive real growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead creative direction across multiple brands, from bold campaign concepts to polished execution.
• Create and edit scroll-stopping short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Manage content calendars and coordinate seamless posting across platforms.
• Shape and grow the founders’ personal brands through authentic storytelling.
• Drive their growth through smart outreach, collabs, and UGC campaigns.
• Plan and optimise paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google to maximise ROI.
• Build engaging email campaigns that convert followers into loyal customers.
