My client is a leading Microsoft Gold Partner, delivering cutting-edge Dynamics 365 solutions to businesses across industries. As they continue to grow, they\’re looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant โ€“ D365 to drive new business and manage existing accounts. If you have a strong track record in sales, experience with D365, and a passion for helping businesses optimize their technology, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development โ€“ Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Account Management โ€“ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Consultative Selling โ€“ Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to position D365 solutions effectively.
  • Pipeline Management โ€“ Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasting opportunities and meeting revenue targets.
  • Collaboration โ€“ Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness โ€“ Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoftโ€™s latest developments in Dynamics 365.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Consultant or Business Development role, ideally within a Microsoft Gold Partner or similar IT solutions provider.
  • Strong knowledge and sales experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, BC, F&O, or Power Platform).
  • Ability to develop new business while also managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills โ€“ able to understand client pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your own pipeline and targets.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with Microsoft licensing and subscription models.
  • Understanding of Power Platform, Azure, or other Microsoft Cloud services.
  • Previous experience selling into mid-market or enterprise businesses.
