We’re partnering with a leading international organisation to appoint a D365 Environmental Services Analyst to take ownership of a critical part of their enterprise Dynamics 365 landscape. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a major ERP transformation programme, where you’ll be responsible for the governance, security, and ongoing evolution of a complex, multi-entity D365 environment.

You’ll act as the technical authority across environments and security design, ensuring the platform remains secure, compliant, scalable and optimised as it continues to grow. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and external partners, playing a pivotal role in the migration from legacy ERP systems into D365, as well as shaping long-term environment strategy, release governance and operational best practice.

In this role, you’ll provide leadership across environment management and security operations, including role-based access control, segregation of duties, audit readiness and lifecycle management. You’ll also act as a key design authority for major change, upgrades and transformation initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who brings deep, hands-on D365 expertise, particularly across security and environment management, alongside strong experience of ERP delivery and enterprise-scale system governance. You’ll be confident working at both a technical and strategic level, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide delivery teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you’ll genuinely shape how a global D365 platform is run, secured and evolved.

Key experience includes:

  • Ownership of enterprise ERP or large-scale system environments
  • Strong D365 security, LCS and environment management expertise
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and release governance
  • SYSADMIN-level knowledge of D365 roles, security profiles and controls
  • Background in ERP implementations, migrations or large transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine deep technical expertise with real ownership and influence, this is an outstanding opportunity to do exactly that.
