Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) professional with a knack for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions? I’m looking for a D365 CE Pre-Sales Consultant to join my client’s team and help drive business growth by showcasing the full potential of D365 CE to their clients. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and challenges, identifying opportunities for D365 CE to add value. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements. Design customised solutions, including proof of concepts, to showcase the capabilities of D365 CE. Support the sales team with technical expertise and in-depth product knowledge. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation, providing clear and compelling proposals. Work with the delivery team to ensure seamless handover of solutions post-sale. What They’re Looking For: Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including solution design and pre-sales activities. Deep understanding of CRM processes and how D365 CE supports business goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
