D365 CE Consultant

Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant looking for your next opportunity? My client is looking for a talented individual to join their growing team, delivering innovative CRM solutions to clients across a range of industries. Ideally, you’ll have some experience with Field Service , or a keen interest in developing your skills in this area.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver end-to-end D365 CE implementations
• Provide expertise across Sales, Customer Service, and (ideally) Field Service modules
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to meet client needs
• Support user adoption through training and documentation
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to deliver seamless solutions

Key requirements:

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, and/or Field Service)
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Microsoft certifications (desirable but not essential)

• £50,000–£60,000 salary depending on experience
