We7re looking for a Business Central Support Consultant to join a growing ERP team in Manchester. You7ll be the first point of contact for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, helping resolve issues, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth day-to-day system experience.
This is a great role for someone with solid BC knowledge who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st61nd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Investigate and resolve functional and basic technical issues
- Support users across finance, operations, and reporting
- Log, track, and manage support tickets to resolution
- Escalate complex issues to consultants/developers where needed
- Assist with minor configurations, testing, and documentation
- Deliver clear communication and excellent customer service
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Good understanding of finance and business processes
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple support requests effectively
- Partner or end-user experience
- Basic AL or technical understanding
- Experience working in a support desk or consultancy environment
