We’re partnering with a leading Microsoft Partner to recruit a D365 Business Central Project Manager / Team Lead who can combine strategic leadership with strong hands‑on delivery. The Role
You will lead a team of Business Central consultants and developers while remaining 70% hands‑on across implementation, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery. This position offers the autonomy to shape delivery processes, mentor talent, and drive successful BC rollouts across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a D365 BC delivery team across multiple projects
- Act as the primary PM across full‑lifecycle BC implementations
- Conduct solution design workshops and work hands‑on with configuration
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, governance, and risk management
- Build strong client relationships and manage senior stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and best practice
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership or team‑lead experience within a Microsoft Partner environment
- Comfortable remaining 70% hands‑on with configuration and functional delivery
