Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle D365 Business Central (and related ERP) implementation projects

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery

Coordinate between functional consultants, developers, and clients

Oversee change management, testing, training, and go-live support

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and relationships

Identify risks, track milestones, and ensure continuous project quality and progress reporting

Requirements

3+ years\’ experience managing ERP or D365 Business Central / NAV implementation projects

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of Business Central functionality (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.)

Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills

Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies

Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

Nice to Have

Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Project Manager Associate)

Experience within a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment

Exposure to Power Platform, Azure, or integration projects
