We are working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner, helping businesses streamline operations, optimize finance, and scale growth with cutting-edge cloud solutions. Their team values collaboration, expertise, and delivering tangible results for our clients.
My client is looking for a motivated and experienced D365 BC Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for their clients, understanding their business needs, promoting D365 BC solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while being part of an ambitious and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of D365 BC clients, building long-term relationships.
- Understand clients’ business processes and provide tailored Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support the sales process.
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and presentations for potential and existing clients.
- Track and report on sales performance, forecast, and pipeline activities.
- Stay up-to-date with Dynamics 365 Business Central developments and industry trends.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in ERP software sales (D365 BC experience is a strong plus).
- Solid understanding of business processes: finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional EU languages a plus.
- Results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
