We're recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing business that is investing heavily in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management across its international operations. This is an opportunity to join a growing Dynamics team where you'll have genuine influence over the future direction of the platform. The business is specifically looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas from a Microsoft Partner or consultancy background and help drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and ways of working.

You'll be joining a collaborative Dynamics team of six, reporting directly to the Dynamics Solution Architect and working closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.

What you'll be doing:

  • Gathering and analysing business requirements
  • Designing and improving Dynamics 365 Finance solutions
  • Working on the ongoing rollout and enhancement of D365 F&SCM
  • Leading workshops with finance stakeholders
  • Creating functional specifications and test scripts
  • Supporting UAT and project delivery activities
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system usage
  • Working with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
  • Strong knowledge of Finance modules including:
    • General Ledger
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Fixed Assets
    • Cash & Bank Management
    • Project Accounting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience gathering requirements and producing functional documentation
  • Experience working within manufacturing or complex operational environments
  • Highly Desirable
  • Microsoft Partner or consultancy background
  • Experience delivering D365 Finance implementations
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend improvements
  • Exposure to Business Intelligence, reporting, or data governance
  • CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
