Shantona Women & Family Services is looking for a committed and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Harehills, Leeds.
Shantona is a well-established community organisation with a proud history of more than 28 years of supporting women, children and families.
Over the years, we have grown alongside the communities we serve, providing services and opportunities that promote wellbeing, safety, empowerment and stronger communities.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can bring strong financial expertise while sharing our commitment to making a positive difference.
Finance Manager
14 hours per week
Permanent, subject to funding
You will oversee Shantona’s financial operations, including:
- Budgeting and financial planning
- Financial reporting
- Payroll and pensions
- Tax and statutory returns
- Audits and financial compliance
- Working with the CEO, SLT and Board of Trustees
- Managing and supporting the Finance Officer
