We are seeking, on behalf of a leading name within Construction, an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple sites in the Southeast. Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, enforce health and safety, and liaise with stakeholders on-site.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a deep understanding of construction processes and strong communication skills. Strong experience in preparatory work on multiple sites including drainage and utilities.
Experience:
- Civil site knowledge
- Water industry experience beneficial but not essential
- Experience in groundworks and drainage
- CSCS (NVQ Level 3+)
- SSSTS / SMSTS
