Field Service Engineer in Leeds

Mon – Fri, no required weekend work.\\n\\nPreventative Maintenance Engineer – Requirements\\n\\nA highly motivated, well presented and friendly individual with a desire to join the coffee industry.\\n\\nWith a mechanical background, you will be working as part of a target driven team to ensure high standards of preventative maintenance and repair of coffee machines.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\n * Carry out preventative maintenance service contracts and deliveries across a large geographical area\\n\\n * Test completed machines in line with company guidelines\\n\\n * Work proactively with the central call centre, by taking day to day instructions, keeping them updated, so waiting customers are kept informed.\\n\\n * Daily update of Production Stats to ensure performance is in line with productivity targets, escalating any issues/concerns early to the Regional Service Manager\\n\\n * Keep in good working order all tools, equipment and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any faults, breakages or equipment failures to your line manager daily\\n\\n * Ensure at all times that the Health and Safety policy is adhered to\\n\\n * Co-operate with other employees in a professional and friendly manner\\n\\nThe Person:\\n\\n * A confident individual with a passion for customer service\\n\\n * Excellent understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment\\n\\n * Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with an electrical mechanical background\\n\\n * Computer literate with a clean driving licence\\n\\n * Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location and hours\\n\\nSalary: £29,500 + Company Vehicle + 25 days Holiday + other Company Benefits\\n\\nIf you feel this role to be a good match for your skills and experience, we look forward to hearing from you
