This is a roasting hot opportunity to join one of the leading names within the coffee industry as we are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Engineer for Leeds.
Requirements:
- A highly motivated, well presented and friendly individual with a desire to join the coffee industry.
- With a mechanical background, you will be working as part of a target driven team to ensure high standards of preventative maintenance and repair of coffee machines.
The Role:
- Carry out preventative maintenance service contracts and deliveries across a large geographical area.
- Test completed machines in line with company guidelines.
- Work proactively with the central call centre, by taking day to day instructions, keeping them updated, so waiting customers are kept informed.
- Daily update of Production Stats to ensure performance is in line with productivity targets, escalating any issues/concerns early to the Regional Service Manager.
- Keep in good working order all tools, equipment and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any faults, breakages or equipment failures to your line manager daily.
- Ensure at all times that the Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
- Co-operate with other employees in a professional and friendly manner.
The Person:
- A confident individual with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with an electrical mechanical background.
- Computer literate with a clean driving licence.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location and hours.
Salary: £29,500 + Company Vehicle + 25 days Holiday + other Company Benefits.
