We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join us here at Shannon Lodge in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will join an established practice with many loyal clients, varied cases, and the chance to develop your specific areas of interest.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and caring Small Animal Vet to take on this role, either working full time hours across 4 days, or on a part time basis (minimum 20 hours per week) offering a salary

This type of position would suit experienced small animal vets who have surgical experience in routine and emergency procedures and possess good communication skills. You will have a team player mentality and a passion to deliver excellent care and client service.

Established in 1999, we are a small animal practice located in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottingham.

Our friendly and experienced veterinary team provide the highest quality of veterinary care, surgery and treatment – along with regular check-ups and routine procedures.

Our clinic is supported by MiNightVet Nottingham, a dedicated emergency out of hours service. Their qualified vets and nurses have a special interest, experience and training in all aspects of urgent critical care.

Salary and hours

Salary is dependent on experience plus benefits.

Working hours are 4 days per week, 8:30am – 7:30pm.

We are happy to discuss part time options, with a need to cover at least 20 hours per week minimum.
