We are searching for a Resident Experience Coordinator to join our Parkland Ajax team based in Ajax, Ontario.

About the Opportunity
- Maintains quality and resident satisfaction of Parkland Ancaster standards; Consistently ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service.
- Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices.
- Oversees the orientation of new Residents to Parkland Ancaster through established standards.
- Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping team.
- Performs other related duties as required.
About You
- A University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education.
- 1-2 years in a marketing and administrative role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment; You are passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors’ living or long-term care environment.
- Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course considered an asset.
