We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of the delivery of Queens Mead , an exclusive development of 78 homes in Chiddingfold, Surrey .
Designed in-house by our architectural team, Queens Mead is a development that reflects the quality and attention to detail for which Shanly Homes is known, with distinctive architecture, thoughtfully designed layouts and premium specifications throughout.
This is a role for someone who wants to be hands-on and accountable for the finished product .
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the development, driving the build programme, leading subcontractors and site teams, maintaining exceptional standards of health and safety and ensuring every home is delivered to the quality our customers expect.
You will have the opportunity to take a development through the full build cycle, identifying issues early, finding practical solutions and making sure standards never slip as the programme progresses.
What you'll be doing Reporting to our Production Director , you will take overall responsibility for the delivery and day-to-day management of the development.
Your responsibilities will include: Programme delivery: Own the build programme, ensuring key milestones are achieved and proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact delivery.
Site management: Take control of the daily running of the development, coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, materials and resources to maintain an efficient and well-organised site.
Build quality: Set and maintain high standards throughout construction, from groundworks and structural stages through to finishing, snagging and final handover.
