Shanly Homes is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead across several premium residential developments in the Beaconsfield and Surrey areas. Be part of a role that reports to the Director of Sales and takes ownership of developments from launch to handover.
What you’ll be doing
- Report to the Director of Sales and take full ownership of your developments, driving each one through every phase from launch to handover.
- Manage the appointment of selling agents and solicitors, working closely with them to meet sales targets and budget expectations.
- Ensure on-site Sales Consultants represent the developments and company to the highest standards, follow our processes, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Oversee the full sales process via our CRM system (Contact Builder), supporting each stage from reservation through to exchange and completion.
- Collaborate with the build team to ensure exceptional site presentation and consistent quality.
- Work with our internal marketing team to support development launches and local campaigns.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and market trends. Take the initiative to inform strategy and maintain our competitive edge.
About you
- Experienced in new homes sales, ideally with regional housebuilders or premium developments.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate remote site-based teams.
- Commercially minded with hands-on property marketing experience.
- Confident with CRM systems and knowledgeable about the Consumer Code for Housebuilders and New Homes Quality Code.
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills.
- A positive, team-first attitude with a growth mindset.
