Our people make it possible, and now, we’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Marketing Assistant to join our in-house team in Beaconsfield!
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both residential and commercial marketing supporting campaigns, events, and content creation that showcase the best of our developments.
What you’ll be doing
- Keep websites, property portals and the intranet up to date with accurate and engaging content
- Research local areas to support the marketing of new and existing developments
- Write news stories and company updates that reflect our brand and values
- Track the performance of campaigns and help present marketing insights
- Assist in producing and distributing brochures, signage and other marketing materials
- Support the planning and delivery of launches, open days and events
- Review estate agents' marketing for brand consistency and quality
- Create visuals and some content for emailers and internal communications using Canva, Photoshop or Adobe
What we’re looking for
- Some experience or education in marketing, communications or a related field
- Confident using Canva, Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach
