We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Beaconsfield team and take ownership of the commercial management of our high-end residential developments. You will lead the procurement and management of subcontractor packages, oversee budgets, and ensure costs are effectively controlled throughout the build programme.
- Procuring and placing subcontractor packages in line with the build programme
- Preparing detailed subcontract enquiries, scopes of work and contract documentation
- Managing subcontractor payments, variations and contra charges
- Strong experience in a similar surveying role within a housebuilder environment
- Excellent commercial awareness and numerical ability
