Are you an experienced, hands-on site manager who can deliver high end residential developments? Location: Bray Lake, Maidenhead Main Office: Beaconsfield (you will attend meetings here) At Shanly Homes, we don’t just build homes; we craft distinctive, high-quality residences designed for modern living. As a privately owned, multi award-winning regional housebuilder, we take pride in creating bespoke developments in some of the most sought-after locations in the South East. We’re now looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of our new premium development at Bray Lake, a premium collection of new homes in a truly special setting near the water. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile site and be part of a supportive, solutions-focused team that values quality, attention to detail and collaboration across every part of the company. What you’ll be doing: As Site Manager, you’ll report to the Construction Director and take responsibility for managing all aspects of the Bray Lake site. Key areas of focus will include: Build programme: ensure the site runs to schedule and that any issues affecting delivery are quickly identified, escalated and resolved Site operations: manage the daily running of the development, including subcontractors, direct labour and materials, maintaining a well-organised and efficient site Health and Safety: ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and lead a culture of safety and accountability on site Build quality: work closely with the quality control team to deliver homes that meet the highest standards from initial groundworks to final handover Team leadership: provide clear direction to the site team, ensure consistent performance and foster a positive, professional working environment Customer journey: liaise with the Sales and Customer Service teams to support choices, extras, handovers and customer satisfaction at every stage What you\’ll bring to the team: We are a design-led and quality-driven business, so experience delivering high-end developments is essential.
