An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Revenue and Customer Sales to become part of our world class, luxury hospitality team. We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded revenue leader, who thrives in a luxury environment and understands the nuance of positioning a 5 star property in one of the world's most dynamic markets.

The Director of Revenue and Customer Sales is responsible for recommending, developing, and implementing revenue strategy across all channels and for developing a strong revenue and customer sales pipeline. The Director of Revenue and Customer Sales will ensure the reservation process is seamless and drives the positioning of Shangri-La The Shard as London's leading luxury hotel.

You will have:

  • Proven success in a Senior Revenue Management leadership role, within luxury or premium hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and interdependencies between revenue, sales, marketing and operations.
  • Thorough understanding of the London luxury hotel market, including demand drivers, competitor landscape and distribution dynamics.
  • Experience leveraging revenue management systems, market intelligence tools and analytics platforms to drive performance.
  • Track record of building credible relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and develop high performing teams.
