Responsibilities
- Responsible for the controlling, receiving of F&B items and store inventories through timely feedback and reporting on food cost to maximum.
- Responsible for auditing of the hotel’s revenue report to ensure that the revenue recorded therein is accurate and complete for preparing the hotel’s daily revenue report for management’s consumption.
- Ensuring that all cashiering policies and procedures are complied with.
Qualifications
- Graduate/professional accountancy qualification.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- A motivator and a self-starter.
- Commitment to professional values.
- Good knowledge of personal computing.
- General knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Ability to work independently.
