As our Service Associate – Finance Risk Control, we rely on you to:
- Be responsible for monitoring all food, beverage and general stocks to provide accurate and timely cost figures for operations.
- Prepare daily F&B Cost Report.
- Record daily costs and inter-kitchen and inter-bar transactions for individual kitchens and outlets.
- Conduct regular spot checks against inventory.
- Participate in month-end inventory taking.
- Carry out portion control checks with the F&B Chef.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Costing or a related field (preferred).
- Has a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Has the ability to work long hours.
- Possesses good knowledge of personal computing.
- Has general knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Can work independently.
- Exhibits excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Is confident and tactful.
- Is a strong team player.
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
