As our Front Office Executive, we rely on you to:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage and assist the front desk/reception during peak hours
- Handle incoming calls, direct them to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Support other departments with clerical and coordination tasks as required
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Is fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Has proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Is proficient in MS Office and familiar with office equipment
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is organized and self-motivated
- Has a can-do attitude
